BVt be contented when that fell arest,
With  out all bayle shall carry me away,
My life hath in this line some interest,
Which for memoriall still with thee shall stay.
When thou reuewest this,thou doest reuew,
The very part was consecrate to thee,
The earth can haue but earth,which is his due,
My spirit is thine the better part of me,
So then thou hast but lost the dregs of life,
The pray of wormes,my body being dead,
The coward conquest of a wretches knife,
To base of thee to be remembred,
   The worth of that,is that which it containes,
   And that is this, and this with thee remaines.

1 that fell arrest – смерть. Пор. 32.1-4 і 90.1-12.

2, 4 shall – допоміжне дієслово не майбутнього часу, а умовного способу і вказує на напередвизначеність дії в природному ході подій. Основний час тут – теперішній, сюхвилинний (5): час Письменника-і-Читача, тут і зараз, – час вічності. Пор. рядки 3, 5, 8, 13-14.

3 interest = вклад капіталу (живої енергії: my life) з думкою про прибуток

4 memorial = 13-14

6 The very part [that] was consecrate[d] to thee = my spirit (8).
    Минулий час, was, вказує на момент, коли ‘саме ця частка мене (мій дух) присвячувалась тобі’, – тобто на момент, коли мій дух втілювався в усі ці слова. Пор. 31.9-12.

7 The earth can have but earth – Пор. 19.2 (4). Поняття тіла як землі див. 44-45, 146.

8 My spirit is thine the better part of me – Див. ДК до 39.2 (of our better part, the better part).

Між ‘моїм’ і ‘твоїм’ (духом) нема ніяких розділових знаків: тут, в цьому  життєвому просторі розділення неможливе, що й демонструє Поет.
